- Note: Historical records document the existence of at least seven individuals named Johann Albert, born between 1810 and 1830, who could potentially have fathered Anna Margaretha Kaul. However, the resolution of two legal cases clarifies the matter. The first case involves a Forchheim district court cover letter dated 21 March 1851, wherein Johann Albert of Hetzles, son of Johann Albert and Barbara Seubert, admitted to paternity of Anna Margaretha. In the second case, initiated by Margaretha’s mother against a farmer named Johann Albert from Hetzles, the presiding judge delivered a verdict on 12 August 1859, requiring the recently married Johann Albert to pay 100 guilders in restitution for fathering an illegitimate child. Among the Johann Alberts born within the specified timeframe, only one was married during this period: Johann Albert, born on 5 November 1816 to Johann Albert and Barbara Seubert, who wed Margaretha Kratzer on 18 July 1859.
