  • Name: In the 1860 census her name is spelled "Eduvigia." In the 1870 census, her name is spelled "Edugian." The 1880 census taker badly misspelled Yduvigen's name as "Urvigin." The most likely spelling for her name may be "Yduvigen," since that is the name used for the mother of the groom on Pilar Jr.'s and Octaviana's marriage record.3,4,5,6
